About Detailed Allosaurus Coloring Page for Kids 6 and Up
It walks with its head lowered almost level with the body, eyes fixed straight ahead and the tail held tense, swaying just enough to keep balance while moving forward. Each step sinks the hind legs slightly into the ground, and the jaws part now and then as if tasting the air. The short front legs, tipped with curved claws, stay tucked close to the chest while it moves, ready to grab hold of something at any moment. You can try earthy tones or muted greens for the body, with a lighter shade on the belly to mark the contrast between the two. When it stops, the head turns slowly from side to side, alert to any sound in the vegetation, before it picks the same heavy, deliberate walk back up.
